At Dshop, we want you to love your home as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused furniture and decor items. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit for your space, we provide a streamlined process for returns and exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Dshop account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
